The seven year lease commitment made by the Board of Directors at Poverello Several years ago is finally seeing signs of life. While we don’t begin paying rent until the build-out is complete, the property shows signs of demolition. The property was damaged during one of our last hurricanes and contractors have been working to pull permits for quite some time.
