We need help!!!!

  • We will need 5 volunteers on Friday 02/09/2018 – from 10 am -5 pm.

Their duties will be helping to decorate, clean and setup building for exhibit.

If they can report here. We can travel as a group (address is on image enclosed). .

  • Saturday 02/10/2018. We will need 10 volunteers

5 Volunteers – From 10 am – 6 pm:  to help put on final touches of event.

Event staff needed 5:30 pm-10 pm

Dress code: business casual

Helping to execute event; welcoming people to event and answering questions.

 

5 Volunteers – From 9 pm – Midnight

Helping to load art into trucks;  wrap arts; take down decorations, and clean up facility.
