1 (15oz) can cooked chickpeas

2 garlic cloves

1/4 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice

1/3 cup plain greek yogurt

1/4 cup water from chickpea can

1 tbsp cumin



*Optional: olive oil to garnish



  1. Drain chickpeas saving 1/4 cup of the water for later.
  2. Add garlic cloves to the food processor and pulse until finely chopped.
  3. Add remaining ingredients to food processor and puree until smooth.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  5. Enjoy!
