Homemade Hummus
Ingredients
1 (15oz) can cooked chickpeas
2 garlic cloves
1/4 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
1/3 cup plain greek yogurt
1/4 cup water from chickpea can
1 tbsp cumin
salt
pepper
*Optional: olive oil to garnish
Directions:
- Drain chickpeas saving 1/4 cup of the water for later.
- Add garlic cloves to the food processor and pulse until finely chopped.
- Add remaining ingredients to food processor and puree until smooth.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Enjoy!
