Our EXTRA Care Clinic provides you EXTRA care and assistance to address your unmet needs. This clinic space provides access to providers who understand HIV and can make sure your medications are available when you need them most. Because the clinic is funded through our 340b pharmacy, your medications must come through one of our contracted pharmacies and ordered by our clinic providers to qualify. Once you qualify and we verify each individual’s budget, you may receive help with rental assistance, increased grocery distribution, utilities, transportation or other helps to keep your virus suppressed and keep you in care.

Once your monthly budgeted assistance is calculated (this can take 45 days), your assistance can begin.
